As wheekers said you need a layer (or several layers) of something absorbent under the fleece to wick the moisture away from the pigs. You'll need to clear the poops off the poops twice a day with either a vacuum or a scoop or a dustpan and brush. At least once a week everything should be shaken out and washed.
