Neutral : -3 (+0/-3) Number one thing now is to make sure you separate him from the mom and sister at 3 weeks of age or he can/will impregnate mom AND sister. I would double and triple check as they get older to make sure you have one of each.
If you keep him, I would check now to see how much it costs to neuter him. Neutering a male is alot easier on them than spaying a female. He can live alone & should if you're going to get him neutered. I've heard that all babies will "whine" when separated from mom. It's just natural. I would try to spend more time w/ him while you're waiting for him to get older.
IF you decide you want to rehome him, you have a few options. You can try to rehome him on your own. You can post on craigslist, petfinder, on here, in the newspaper or at your vet's office. I would make sure to ask for a rehoming fee and ask the new owner to keep in contact w/ you for a few months.
