Laid back is good. Lucy is becoming very bossy which is why I don't think that her and Lola get along. While Lola doesn't seem to be especially dominant, I don't think she's agreed to be subordinant to Lucy either. After 8-9 months, these girls still don't get along. They don't fight, but they complain to each other all the time and will nip every once in a while. Lucy rumblestruts around Lola all the time and mostly Lola will look at her with a "get over yourself" kind of demeanor

. They just remind me of roommates that coexist but can't stand each other.
So my thought is either to add a male and shake up the dynamic a bit and hopefully all four would get along more peacefully, or separate Lola (who is very cool, vocal, and laid back) with a new friend and leave Lucy and Ethel together if Plan A doesn't work.
