Today I lost my 3 year old plecostomus. He was 15'' long and lived in a 55 gallon tank with my Oscar who is 13'' long. I raised them both from when they were just 3'' long. He was my favorite fish and very special to me. I know it's just a fish but I am really devistated. I spent over 50$ on medication for him and it didn't help. He started out having cloudy eye, and I drained the tank completely and it went away, then he just got sick again. My oscar is fine and probably happier since they weren't the greatest friends.
I think I might donate my oscar back to where I got him and take my tank down.
Rip Pooh. Swim somewhere better!
