So you are planning on running a shelter? Like I said, it would be better to run a shelter, but just have people who don't want their guinea pigs anymore in Greece give them to you, and if people wanted to adopt, they could adopt from you. With 30+ guinea pigs, I guarantee that you won't be able to give each of them lots of attention. Without knowing who you are, I'm pretty sure that no shelters would just ship all of their guinea pigs to a you. Especially since the shelters already take good care of the guinea pigs, and people are adopting them where they are.
It would cause so much stress on the guinea pigs to ship them to you anyways. Just make your own shelter if you want to. Put up ads that say you will take in guinea pigs, and will adopt them out. |
