Animal control would think anything is better than having the animals put down.
You still never responded to your hypocrisy. It is okay to keep and breed guinea pigs and rabbits, but not okay to keep and breed parrots? Are you out of your mind?
And as far as "confined" animals go....a dog is a confined animal if you are going to say my guinea pigs are confined. My guinea pigs get free range of the house for more than 6 hours a day. If my guinea pigs could talk I doubt they would use the word "confined".
