Ok If I get this. Your saying that people that are trying to stop this (animal rights organization and people undercover), they could be put in jail. But the people that are starting this disgusting behavior is off the hook?
Have we got anywhere with this law (other than it passing that one time), has (on record) the abuse went down even just a little? |
