You could switch to using a cocacola box like I did. One coke box easily becomes two hay racks
Just cut it in half, then on each half cut off one side. Poke some holes in the cornes around the exposed side so you can ziptie it to the outside of the cage and stuff it with hay. The solid sides keep it from getting all over your floor, and the piggers can easily pull the hay in through the grids if its full so the amount that gets on the fleece is reduced.
