My answer is absolutely! For the extreme better! Softer, easier, no strain, much much less odor, lighter color.

After you've been veggie for a while, I also highly recommend a colon cleanse program for a few days to really get rid of the old, nasty critters and such that have been accumulating in your colon for a long, long time. Then, my dear, you will feel so gosh, darn clean and healthy, you'll immediately see the difference if you go back to eating meat at all!
