Anywho, any help that I can get as far as how much coroplast I need, would be highly appreciated.
I am ordering the colorplast as soon as I have an idea of how much I need.

Thank you.
It depends on the coroplast sheet, not all are the same size. I got mine in a 4x8 inches sheet. I used it for my lower 2x4 grids, with a high part on one side (depending how high you want the sides, you will remain with just a small longer piece.

If you analyze maple's cage, she has coroplast in a 2x4 grids (that is 27"x56") plus 2x3 grids( 27"x41") on the lower part. Add to this the sides of the coroplast that fold in. Up you have a 2x2 grids and almost a full 2x3 grid cage. If you recycle well your coroplast (meaning you measure it, cut it good, and reuse some parts), you can get away with 3 sheets of 4x8 inches. If not, you need 4 sheets.

PS: I know all about eye measuring. I am an artist, so that comes natural to me, not to everyone else though, including my husband, He has learned though to trust me. He can not even measure corectly with a measuring tape in his hand.
