I would ask the seller to check the tickets on the fleece, if there are any tickets. They should say something about what it is made out of.

I would always stick with 100% polyester. I think in the huge sticky about fleece as bedding, it says that fleece that isn't 100% polyester can just let the pee sit on top, or just not dry out as quickly, leaving the fleece feeling wet for long after your piggie pees. I actually don't have experience with using non-100% polyester fleece, but that is what the huge sticky thread says about it.
