It seems pretty simple to me..."freedom of speech" is our Constitutional right to redress the Federal Government.
Going into Mr. Jones' store and spitting on the floor, in spite of his store policy not allowing it, is an issue that Mr. Jones can deal with as he sees fit according to his business practices. |
