You can spay a pregnant female, but it would kill the baby pigs and I can't imagine a vet being willing to do that unless there was grave risk caused by continuing the pregnancy. And even at that, I don't know that you could find a vet who would be willing to do it.

IF your pig is spayed (was spayed 2 days ago) then she is NOT pregnant.
