Hi folks - this is such a great resource!

I'm Mike, I live just outside London in England and last Nov. (2008) - I acquired my first Guinea Pigs - 2 12 week old boars. Both Abysinans (apologies for the spelling); both ginger and black in the style of an explosion in a paint factory. 'Bonk!' is the larger one (and most recently became, quite clearly, the dominant male) and 'Popcorn' is a little smaller and quieter. 'Bonk!' likes his food and licking humans for some reason...

Today I acquired another boar - a little younger - similar markings on his head by his body is almost all light grey/white with the odd black or ginger hair. He's a sweetheart (long story why I got him) and currently in quarentene in a standard pet shop-type cage (2.5' X 1.5') before I introduce him to the boys and then the big indoor run (i'll post pictures shortly!)
