I've taught my fish some tricks and though I've never bought the kit, I know someone who has and put up videos of her training. It was great! I keep bettas (
here is my betta site with a caresheet). They good candidates for training, and extremely personable.
Training is good for fish because it provides mental stimulation. Bored bettas may even self mutilate (they've been known to bite their tails)!
