Our 2 girls came home 2 nights ago. I was literally up at 4 am wondering how I was ever going to figure out the food mysteries/ contradicting info on feeding them healthily.

I have 3 young children, a home based business, and community commitments.... adding spread sheeting their weekly food was an overwhelming thought!
