I'm from the Philippines too. Unfortunately, shelters here are limited to cats and dogs. It's sad when you think about what happens to piggys when their owners can't take care of them anymore.
Anyways, I hope you find yours a suitable cage. Pet store cages are way too small, but I found stack and racks at True Value. I heard Ace Hardware carries them too. Hope that helps.
