Oh good I'm glad to hear she's healing up great. Hopefully the neighbor's have fullfilled their end and payed for the vet checks.
I would check the laws and see if containment is considered to be ok with an electric fence. In my area it is not, so you might be able to have animal control help you out more in getting them to control their dog. |
