hey its been a while since i posted but I f you gave a bit more information on what your were looking for and why it would be easier to help you out.
Do you want raw? Why are your cats supposed to avoid these things?
I would avoid ANY veggies, Grains or non animal proteins (soy tofu etc). Cats are strictly carnivores and the addition of sugars and and carbs in their diets can lead to health issues.
