I would definitely give him a good cleaning. When boys rumble strut or mark their scents they drag their bottoms and loose bedding gets in there. I had this problem with my big rumble strutter before switching to fleece. Here is a good site that tells how to clean them out to go along with the one posted from Guinealynx
