Question Please clarify. Bedding and a 2nd floor cage.
Dear guinea pig lovers,

I am thinking of adopting a guinea pig. I have a few questions though. What is the difference between bedding and hay? Where are they located in a cage? My next question refers to the pictures of cages many guinea pig fans post on this site. I read that any fall, no matter what the distance, is dangerous to a piggy. Could a guinea pig fall down the side of a ramp? Could it jump off the the second floor of a cage. I am concerned away the safety of my future guinea pig.
