| Is this normal?
My guinea pig looks like he has a little bit more hair loss behind his ear-I know they are suppose to be missing some, but its missing it a little bit more. Also he has some dried white stuff just above his nostrils-is he sick?
Info that might be helpful:
My dad knows what mites look like, and he didn't see any when he checked.
I fed the pig a grape and a salad earlier and this wasn't here-could it just be some food dried to his nose?
We did just get a cat, but the two haven't met yet and the cat is healthy.
We don't take piggie outdoors much, so there isn't anywhere that he could get mites.
