AL - email them and tell them you think you know of someone wanting to rehome their 2 ferrets. Then ask if it's okay that they are both spayed/neutered. If they want to breed they will tell you that they really want them unaltered. Then you have your answer as to whether or not to flag.
If they reply you can just tell them that those two ferrets you knew about turned out to have already been homed.
