| Re: Biting piggy I have an adult female that I adopted and she nibbles/bites more often than not. She is a hardcore nibbler inside and out of her cage though. Hands to her are nothing more than chew toys. When we first got her, she was listless and not very energetic which made me think that we had a calm, passive piggy. Come to find out once she was settled in our home, that she wasn't really at all calm and passive. She is very energetic and active.
Being that your piggy is still relatively new and young, I'd give it some time and see how things go. You just may end up with a loving, adorable piggy like mine that likes to chew on anything, everything and everyone.
