I want to apologize for even suggesting anything about a breeder. I was misled I guess you could say to buy from a breeder rather than a pet store but I would be happy to adopt. I am just looking for two female guinea pigs to home and take care of. I am sorry if I phrased it the wrong way but I was just having a lot of trouble finding a place to get a guinea pig. I didn't want to buy one from a pet store for the very same reasons many of you said. Thank you to anyone who gave me some good sites to look at and didn't just as CF#5pig said chew me out. I am new to this and have been doing my best to research and learn about guinea pig care, etc. Please have patience with me. Everyone was new at this at one point and probably didn't know much if anything about rescues. I mean everyone I have talked to about a guinea pig rescue have looked at me weird like they are surprised that there are even ones out there. Now that I see that there are some I will definitely look into them.
