You really shouldn't vacuum pack raw veggies. It will trap any moisture in against them. Getting a plastic container and layering veggies between layers of paper towels, or wrapping herbs in paper towel in a zipper bag is the cheapest and most effective way to store them. Veggies are not like hay or pellets. It's not in your best interest to buy them in bulk unless you have a larger herd of pigs.
