I think that it depends on alot of things, how well he was bred (genetics), how well he is cared for (quality of food, nice cage, safe bedding, etc.), and also how happy he is (has a buddy, get playtime, and attetion and stuff) The average life span for a Guinea Pig is 5-7 years, so I'd say he is just a bit past his prime...maybe sorta simular in age to a late 50's early 60's aged human. |
