Oxbow makes a vitamin c papaya tablet. I have not tried these, but many people have said their pigs love them. You can either give it to them by themselves or sprinkle it on their favorite fruits/veggies. But since Patches doesn't like her veggies, you might just have to give it to her alone. If she still isn't interested, I would lightly mist a small amount of pellets and sprinkle the finely crushed tablet on them. Just don't saturate the food, because this may affect her liking it and it might grow mold if it sits around too much.
