My chins and pigs are not interested in oxbow hay. In my opinion, American Pet Diner and KM are the way to go. I love KM, but I usually go with APD because it comes so neat and clean in the bag. I find it to have a bit better smell and is very consistant. We always say "Well, no one goes through the hay and checks for bugs," but the APD seems like someone did! KM is privately/individually operated and I like supporting that, however.
I do feed oxbow pellets, because I can get it locally without shipping costs and it seems to be a quality product and always has a very recent mill date around here. |
