Thanks for the suggestion, I ended up finding some plastic tubing that is ment to cover wires at the local hardware store, it is thin and flexiable and had a slit on the underside that was the perfect size to fit over the lino edge. Put it on yesterday afternoon and so far so good. They are chewing on it, but it seems to be pretty sturdy, and was very inexpensive, $4 for 10 feet, so I can replace if they do to much damage. |
