When does your pig do that? If it's when you're touching, or petting him, it could mean that he is uncomfortable, or in pain.
A lot of people mistake a "brrrr"-type rumbling sound for a purr. When, in fact, it's a sign of pain or discomfort. In most cases, the cause is sore skin from having mites.
