Well, another mini-update. I got some good digital scales and it showed that my previous ones were pretty inaccurate. Ruffles is 608g and Daisy is 668g. They are both noticeably heavier than when we got them so I shudder to think what their weights were then!

I'm also 90% sure we have babies coming as Daisy is just too bulgy now. Ruffles has also started to get a little belly so we might have a surprise in store there too.

A question - can babies fit through grids with 4cmx4cm squares (1.5 inch)? Will I need to block them off above piggie height while they are small? If I can't do that effectively, do you think it would be ok to raise them in a smaller cage until they are big enough to be safe, or do they need lots of running space even while small?
