Thanks so much for the responses. Greylock has been enthusiastically eating green leaf lettuce for the past few days. How soon should I introduce another veggie (green bell pepper?)? I will be holding off with the oranges for a bit.
Right now he is eating Kaytee brand pellets and hay. The hay seems kind of dry and scratchy, so I'd like to switch to something else.
pigsforlife, I would like to bring him to a vet who knows cavies. I live in Northern Connecticut, if anyone has any suggestions. Thanks again! |
