AM 1
8 + leafs of Cos Lettuce
4 baby carrots and tops
1/3 of a red capsicum
Handful of rocket
PM 1
8 + leaves of Cos Lettuce
1 bok choy
1/3 of a green capsicum
2 sprigs of basil
4 cherry tomatoes
AM 2
8 + leaves of cos lettuce
4 baby carrots
1/3 of a yellow capsicum
Handful of rocket
PM 2
8 + leaves of cos lettuce
1/3 of a green capsicum
4 sprigs of parsley
2 sprigs of mint
BACK TO THE START
Then I also toss in depending on what I am eating/cooking with:
Cucumber + peel (no more than twice a week)
Apple Slice
Watermelon rind
They only get 1 piece of fruit a week. Occasionally 2. |
