If you have somewhere dry to store it, get a bale of grass hay at a farm store. The type of grass available in your area will usually vary as the season changes.
Bales are cheap, and are mostly all long green leaves. They also have minimal packaging. Just a few wraps of cord to hold it together. You can fit them in the backseat of a 4-door car if you need to.
They also make the garage or shed smell great. |
