I just wanted to keep you and everyone else updated about me getting a new boy to adopt. After finding out the 3 boys in Birmingham, Al were taken, I started looking in other states more, and located Kimmie's Guinea Pig Rescue. She has the sweetest looking boy named Marvin on there. Has anyone else ever met or talked or adopted from them before?
I emailed her last night to see if he or another boy is available for adoption and have not heard back yet. My email does not work on my computer sometimes so I left my message on their answering machine. I was so excited and nervous over Marvin that I think I left my husband's cell number on there instead of my own!
Please everyone keep their fingers and paws crossed that this works out for us! My husband is not excited about me driving 4 hours to Atlanta, Ga and 4 hours back, but he'll get over it, after all guinea pigs are worth it!!! |
