Hi i just bought a bale of oat hay. How much should i be feeding my guinea pigs with this hay? I know hay should be unlimited and i have realised oat hay contains higher contents of nitrates compared to timothy hay. In australia, i have trouble finding timonthy hay. Most have not heard of it. Usually they only have lucrene hay but just recently i found a stockfeed place that had oat hay. Oat hay is better than lucrene right? |
