Not Ranked. Helpful AND tactful post?
Re: How has this site changed you?

Simply put, this site, along with Guinea Lynx sparked the great guinea pig renaissance of 2003. We went from three pigs alone in aquariums, to six pigs in trios in a few months (we addressed the housing issue first, though).

We also purchased our first three pigs, but post Cavy Spirit-educated, we only adopted from rescues, except for one that was being rehomed (Princess needed a buddy, and Marilyn was a perfect match) that we adopted directly.

We learned that spaying a female piggie was a viable option. See below. ;+)

Needless to say, our pigs have been happy with their updated living arrangements. For example, Fuzzie, now six years old is still in vigorous health, mercilessly chasing his ladies, flipping hidies and generally being adorable. He and all our other guinea pigs have brought much joy and happiness into our lives.
