Check to see if it is illegal where you live- sometimes shooting wildlife is, sometimes it's not (they're considered "pests"
) Also- see if you can find out some alternative deterrents that your company could use and present them as humane options. They might be even easier than shooting the birds, who knows? I love having crows around, so don't know any ways to scare them off, only attract them... Maybe you could attract them to a specific area far from your company...? I don't really think that will work, though...
