I'm so sorry, that must have been so upsetting to find *hugs* Please don't blame yourself, she was just too young and it is not your fault.
Do you have a
cavy savvy vet that could give Puppy a check over and make sure she is definitely okay? I am so glad she didn't have complications herself as well as her poor babies, I've heard of far too many momma's who didn't make it too.
