Actually, I did read the whole thread, but since the last bit about the dog's training was not accompanied by any documentation (aka proof) I reserve to make my judgement based upon the articles that have been provided.
Therefore, if it did happen it's because the parent was an idiot and left the child alone with an unneutered dog. If it didn't happen it's because the parent (or whomever is being protected by a lie) is a pedophile and needs to be dealt with accordingly.
