It's pretty amazing isn't? I really recommend getting a couple of the books. Just don't take the oil close to bedtime. A number of people say it keeps them awake at night.
And for the people that have coconut oil, don't forget to use it morning and evening as a facial moisturizer. Helps all kinds of skin things, including wrinkles.
