The breed of the dog has nothing to do with incident. All breeds mount and hump in a show of dominance. Never have I ever seen or heard of that resulting with penetration and being locked together. If this actually happened, it a perversion of human making. The dog would have to be taught to do this by human beings. The article didn't say how long the family had the dog as a pet. Hopefully the authorities will be examining this family very closely. There could be charges of child neglect and endagerment AND animal abuse, cruelty and beastiality.
