You might think about purchasing a veggie-chopper for the task. I agree that it's a lot of work to do all the chopping by hand, I can easily spend half-an-hour preparing their meals every day. (Being an artist, though, I feel like I always have to arrange them to look nice- as if the piggies cared!) I'm ordering one for myself so I can prep a day or two's supply without spending too much time on it. |
