Hi, unfortunately my piggy, who pass away last January, did chip a bottom tooth from biting the cage. I don't know what kind of cage do you have, but if it's one of those C&C cages then maybe the coroplast is too low.
You can rub a little vinegar on the bars because piggys don't like the smell of it.
