Have you tried discussing it with your parents? Realistically, it may take months to adopt out your guinea pigs to loving homes. There are too many homeless pigs and not enough homes.

If you have photos of them, you can email the VA guinea pig rescues and ask if they can post a courtesy listing. It would help if you posted what part of VA or how far you are willing to travel, if at all.
Since you're a minor (I think?), you may not want to post your specific location but a general area. VA is a large state.
