When I took her back, they said it would be taken to the vet "asap" which meaning probably not til tuesday because of the holidays? I dont know if vets are open on Sundays or New Years Day.
Then they said it would be taken back to Petco to finish the medication (within 14 days) and then they'd hold her for 72 hours after that to make sure the meds were working. So up to 17 days before we could buy her back.
They did give us the money back...they said that was the only way to get them to take her to their vet was to make a 'return' |
