I can tell you that I've demanded immediate action from pet stores based on a whole lot less. It's quite easy to get them to do something immediately. You loudly ask to talk to the manager. The less they move, the louder you talk, especially with customers around. You threaten to call AC on your cell phone. It works every time. |
