What I'm getting is that he said the manager walked by 4 times and he did not demand the manager's attention. I also got that this attack went on for 10 minutes. A "scuffle" does not last 10 minutes. It lasts a few seconds. Anyone with common sense knows this.

What is dumb and pointless is posting something like this, trying to get us upset, but then when you, the one's with the power to do something about it, do nothing you get mad at us for our concern over your lack of action. Neither you, nor your husband, did anything to stop the attack while it happened and you seem uninclined to do anything to help the animals now. Do you think this is the only time this has happened in that store? Do you think it will never happen again?
Call the authorities, give them the video, get the media involved, do SOMETHING, but don't act like we are the bad guys for being outraged. We have every right to be outraged and I'm shocked that you aren't.
