You need to call UPS (UPS=United Parcel Service)..... I don't think Sue ships through the post office (USPS=United States Postal Service) so they aren't going to be able to help you. Your best bet is to email Sue directly, so she can try to locate the package for you.

If it is showing as shipped, but you don't have it, ti may have been delivered to one of your neighbors houses. The driver will know which residence he left it at. |
